The Pioneer Award recognizes an innovative project or program that has enhanced the quality of labor-management partnership in the state of Tennessee. The Pioneer Award will follow along the same judging criteria and guidelines as the Award for Excellence. Application must be postmarked no later than July 15, 2011 .
