The Center works closely with the Tennessee Labor-Management Foundation, a separate non-profit charitable foundation which sponsors two annual conferences with workshops and leading national speakers on a variety of current issues in the field of labor relations. Through these annual conferences, the Foundation also provides academic scholarships and “best practices” awards to labor and management organizations which exhibit a cooperative labor relations climate.
